Rune Builds
Recommended rune combinations and enchantments for each equipment and playstyle.
How to Use the Rune Combinations
This page collects rune setups and recommended enchants commonly used across PvP, PvE, and Shackled Jungle. Each build card shows the main and resonance characters, growth runes, skill runes, blessing runes, and etched runes together so you can compare a full setup without flipping screens.
Character priority is color-coded. Required marks the build's core character, the one that is rarely substitutable. Recommended is the next-best fill if the main is missing, and Alternative is the fallback you can run when none of the core characters are available. PvP fills three slots with main + 2 resonance characters, while Shackled Jungle uses a single character.

Runes are grouped into four sections — growth, skill, blessing, and etched. Some entries list a fallback rune marked with "Or". That fallback is meant for when you have not yet acquired the core rune or its enchant level is still low — it is a substitute, not a second rune to slot alongside the primary.
The small label next to each rune is the recommended enchant (etching). The same rune can perform very differently depending on which enchant you pick, so use these labels as your enchanting priority list.
These recommendations follow current meta and standard build patterns. Adjust them based on your actual rune pool, owned characters, and enchant progress. Treat this page as the starting point for picking a build direction, then fine-tune in the rune simulator and build editor.
Frequently Asked Questions
QWhat is the difference between Required, Recommended, and Alternative characters?
Required characters are the build's core and rarely substitutable. Recommended characters are the second-best option when the main is missing, and Alternative characters are emergency fillers when none of the core picks are available. To get the build's intended performance, prioritize unlocking the Required characters first.
QWhen should I use the "Or" fallback rune?
Use the fallback when you do not yet own the core rune, or its enchant level is still too low to compete. Replace it with the core rune the moment you obtain it. The two are not meant to be slotted simultaneously in the same build.
QHow are the recommended etched runes chosen?
Each build's etched-rune recommendation directly amplifies its damage cycle or survival cycle. Etching consumes a lot of resources, so prioritize the etches that feed the build's core mechanic before working on anything peripheral.
QWhy does the Shackled Jungle build only show one character?
Shackled Jungle uses a single character per run, unlike PvP and PvE which support resonance pairs. The page lists only the character that pairs best with the recommended runes.
QShould I follow the recommended builds 100%?
No. The recommendations are a starting point reflecting the current meta and standard play patterns. Adjust runes based on your actual pool, owned characters, and enchant progress, and finalize the build in the rune simulator and build editor where you can test combinations directly.
