Twinborn Rune Guide
At a glance
Twinborn Rune is a system that fuses two same-series runes (Enhancement, Ability, or Blessing) into one, so the result takes only one rune slot.
The fused Twinborn Rune inherits every skill attribute and enchantment attribute from both source runes, so performance is identical. The freed slot can host a different series, raising both build diversity and efficiency at once.
Conditions
Twinborn has two layers of conditions. The "System Unlock" gate opens the feature once per account, and after that the per-rune "Fusion Requirements" still apply every time you try to fuse a pair.
The two are independent — even with the feature unlocked, fusion fails if the target runes do not match in grade or series.

Twinborn Groups
There are 15 Twinborn groups — 6 Enhancement, 6 Ability, and 3 Blessing. Only the two runes assigned to the same group can be fused together.
Examples
Even two enhancement runes cannot fuse if their "series" differ.
Only runes in the same series — like the Circle series (Swablade Circle / Spin SPD Up) or the Elemental series (Frost Thunder Mark / Poison Mark) — merge into one Twinborn Rune; mixing series leaves the fuse button disabled even within the same type.

Fusion Flow
Combine two runes of the same type and series with Runic Remnant and Twinborn Core to produce one Twinborn Rune.
Runic Remnant is obtained by dismantling runes. Twinborn Core is available for purchase in the Fishing Exchange Shop.

Twinborn Split refunds all fusion materials (Runic Remnant + Twinborn Core) in full. You can freely split and re-fuse.
Cannot fuse
When no other rune shares the "same series" condition, Twinborn fusion is impossible.
Currently the 3 runes below have no fusion partner and must be used in a single slot on their own until same-series runes are added in a later update.

No same-series partner — solo use
Arrow RainAbility runes

Scope
Twinborn fusion launched with Enhancement runes only; the 2026-08 patch extended it to Ability and Blessing runes.
Twinborn fusion for Etched runes will roll out in a later update on the same system.

Twinborn Rune in detail
Twinborn Rune is a new system released via OTA update on 2026-05-14. It fuses two runes of the same type and same series into one, which occupies a single rune slot while fully inheriting every skill attribute and enchantment attribute from both source runes.
The system unlocks once you own at least one Mythic-grade rune, but fusion additionally requires the same type, the same series, and both runes at Legendary+2 or higher. Fusion launched with Enhancement runes only; the 2026-08 patch extended it to Ability and Blessing runes, with Etched runes coming in a later update.
Fusion materials are Runic Remnant (from dismantling runes) and Twinborn Core. Remnant cost depends on the quality combination of both source runes — 5,000–20,000 for Enhancement and Ability runes, doubled to 10,000–40,000 for Blessing runes. Twinborn Core is fixed at 40 for Enhancement and Ability, 80 for Blessing. Twinborn Split refunds all materials in full, so you can split and re-fuse freely.
Practical tip: Players with both runes of a same-series pair at Mythic can fuse immediately. If only one side is at Mythic, raising the partner rune will give you the best slot-efficiency gain right away. Runes without a pair — Sharp Arrow (Enhancement), Arrow Rain (Ability), Resurrection (Blessing) — cannot become Twinborn Runes; keep them in a single slot.
FAQ

Owning at least one Mythic-grade rune unlocks the Twinborn Workshop. To actually fuse, you additionally need a same-type, same-series rune pair plus Runic Remnant and Twinborn Core.
QDoes fusing weaken the rune effects?
No. The fused Twinborn Rune fully inherits both source runes' skill attributes and enchantment attributes. Only the slot count is reduced to one — performance stays the same.

No. Only runes of the same type and same series can fuse.
QCan Sharp Arrow be fused?
No. Sharp Arrow, Arrow Rain, and Resurrection have no partner rune — solo use only.

40 for Enhancement and Ability runes, 80 for Blessing runes.
