Class Talents are a system that progressively unlocks Active, Trigger, Enhance, and Core talents for each of Umbral Tempest's 4 classes (Ranger, Alchemist, Druid, Diviner). You spend Soul Crystals to advance through the stages, and which talents you invest in — and in what order — can dramatically change a class's direction (Speed-focused, Damage-focused, etc.) even within the same class.
This page lays out the talent trees of top Speed and Damage rankers for each class, split into Week 1 and Week 2 so you can copy them directly. Because more talents unlock as the season progresses, just update your build to match the week you're currently on.

A "Custom" mode is also available alongside the recommended builds. You can set talent levels manually and trade builds with friends via shareable URLs, so rather than copying the recommended builds verbatim, we suggest tuning a few talents to match your character pool and stats.
If you haven't decided which class to play yet, check this site's "Class Guide" page first. Class performance varies significantly based on your character pool (especially whether you own Thor 5★ and Cleo), so the most stable flow is to pick a class first, then follow a build from this page.

QHow do Week 1 and Week 2 builds differ?
More talents unlock as the season progresses, so for Week 1 we recommend the most efficient build within the initial unlock range, and from Week 2 onward we recommend an expanded build that includes the newly opened talents. Pick the tab that matches your current week and follow it.
QDo I have to follow the recommended builds exactly?
Ranker builds are often designed around top-tier character pools and stats, so F2P or light-spending players who copy them directly may find some talents underperforming. Use the recommendations on this page as a baseline and tune a few talents in Custom mode to fit your build — that's generally more efficient.
QHow do I farm Soul Crystals?
Soul Crystals drop mainly from Umbral Tempest seasonal content (Solitary Trial, Doomsday, Ebonrot). The total needed to reach the Core Talent stage is significant, so check the total Soul Crystal cost of the recommended build on this page at the start of the season and plan accordingly.
QHow do I change my build?
Players without a pass can reset Class Talents once per day, and pass holders can reset freely with no daily limit. This page provides Speed and Damage recommended builds as presets for Week 1 and Week 2, so combined with the in-game preset feature, you can swap your entire talent tree at once whenever your content focus shifts. Simulate your build in Custom mode, save it as a preset, and switch presets as you change content during the season.
