Where Should Your Gems Go?
Gems are the most important F2P currency in Archero 2. The right spend priority shifts as you progress — sticking to the correct routine for your stage is critical. Spending wrong can put you months behind other players.
This guide breaks spend priority into two phases: before and after completing Chaos-tier gear. It also covers recommended event spending and the places you should never touch.
Main Gem Income Sources
Fixed daily income: Daily missions (100), Guild Boss (50), and Sealed Battle (avg. 200) are the core. Through benefit packages you can also earn a set amount from the shop, Rune Ruins, and events each day/week/month — weekly attendance (300) and weekly missions (200) should never be skipped either.
Competitive content income: Arena and Sealed Battle rankings pay out thousands of gems per week depending on your rank. Guild Expedition pays 5,000–10,000 per week based on tier. Chapter and Hard mode clears (~100 each) and Sky Tower clears (50 per 5 floors, 200 per 25 floors) also add up over time.
Daily missions (100) + Guild Boss (50) + Sealed Battle (avg. 200) — collecting these three every day locks in 350+ gems daily without fail.

Event Spending Recommendations
During any event, the universal top priorities are buying dice gems (7 × 750 = up to 5,250/month) and fishing event bait. The dice event runs monthly and gem purchases are among the most efficient investments during any event period.
Before completing Chaos-tier gear, add Chromatic Chest Key purchases and resources for Carnival mission clears. After Chaos-tier gear is complete, Hot-Air Balloon event tickets become a strong choice.
Buy dice gems and fishing bait first, then spend remaining gems on event items that match your current progression stage.
Never Spend Here
Sky Tower tickets
Natural regen is more than enough. Buying with gems is a waste.
Arena tickets
The daily free tickets are sufficient. Buying more is inefficient.
Prayer Coins
Efficient at high-spec but wrong for beginners and not a priority spend.
Obsidian Chest Keys
Absolutely never. Do not buy these for any reason, including mission tracking.
Silver Chest Keys
You get these free every day. No reason to spend gems on them.
Recommended Gem Reserve
New events sometimes let you buy gacha-style tickets with gems — typically 300–500 tickets at 150–280 gems each. In theory that is up to 500 × 280 = 140,000 gems in one go. You do not need to buy the max, but you need a cushion to avoid missing good events.
If your weekly income is in the 20,000–30,000 range, keeping a 40,000-gem reserve means a new event can launch and you can still participate comfortably once your next weekly income lands. Even without packages, always aim to keep 40,000+ in reserve.
Always target 40,000+ in reserve. With weekly income of 20,000–30,000, a 60,000 cushion is a comfortable baseline. Drop below that and you risk being unable to fully participate when a great event drops.

QWhy is Sealed Battle so important?
It gives an average of 200 gems per day plus weekly ranking rewards (rank 21–40: 2,000; rank 41–60: 1,800), making it the most consistent gem source. Daily participation is recommended.
QShould I donate to the guild every day?
Recommended. Donating 200 gems five times raises guild level and earns Guild Coins, so the return is high. If you have spare gems, doing all five donations daily is efficient.
QWhen should I start the Enchantment routine?
After completing Chaos-tier gear. Spending 1,000 gems a day on ×10 enchantments before that yields a lower return than focusing on Chromatic Chest Keys.
