About These Guides
Archero 2 has a lot of interconnected systems — characters, gear, runes, artifacts, builds — and the in-game tutorials barely scratch the surface. These guides fill that gap with clear, up-to-date explanations of how each system actually works and what you should do next.
If you are brand new, start with the Beginner's Roadmap to get a clear sense of progression priorities. If you have hit a wall, the Gem Spending Guide and Character Selection Guide are the most common places where players lose weeks of progress to avoidable mistakes.

Each guide links directly to the relevant tools on this site — calculators, tier lists, and cost tables — so you can apply the advice without switching tabs.
The guides fall into two broad groups: system guides (runes, gear, artifacts, characters) and content guides (Sky Tower, Arena, events, Shackled Jungle, etc.). The sidebar and home page cards group them by category so you can jump straight to whichever system you are stuck on.
These guides are written with F2P and low-spend players as the default audience. Strategies that depend heavily on spending are called out separately, so pick the parts that match your situation.
Frequently Asked Questions
QHow often are the guides updated?
Guides are reviewed after major patches. Each guide shows a last-updated date at the top so you can check how current the information is.
QWhich guide should I read first?
If you're new, start with the Beginner's Roadmap — it sets the priority order for everything else. If you're an intermediate player who has stalled, the Gem Spending Guide is usually where the problem is.
QDo the guides apply to all regions?
Yes. Archero 2 runs the same game version globally (minor timing differences aside), so the advice applies regardless of your region.
QWhat should I read after the Beginner's Guide?
The Gem Spending Guide and the Gear Guide. Diamonds are where players make the most costly mistakes, and gear directly drives your character stats — together they decide your early progression speed.
QCan I just follow the guides as-is?
They will get you pointed in the right direction, but you should still tune the details to your own resources, characters, runes, and enchant progress. The guides describe the general meta and play patterns, so finish by simulating your specific situation in the build editor.
